TAIT, Thomas (fl 1818)
His title page identifies him as of Belford, Northumberland. The book is dedicated to the Rev. Andrew Sharp, who had charge of the parish of Bamburgh. Possibly he was the Thomas Tait of Belford who died in 1872, aged 74. If so, his wife’s name was Jane and they had six children.
