Author: Paull, Henry Juleff
Biography:
PAULL, Henry Juleff (1808-52: ancestry.co.uk)
Other than what can be found in Ancestry records, this individual has left few traces. He was born at Devonport, Devon, to Richard Paull and his wife, Dorothy Juleff. In 1833 he married Ellen Tatlock Prynn; they had two daughters. At the time of the 1841 census they were living in Islington, London. He is listed as an accountant. Ellen died in 1844 and he married Emma Penley in 1848. The 1851 census shows the family still living in Islington; he is listed as a clerk at Durant and Company, silk brokers. He died in Devonshire. Reform is dedicated to Lord John Russell and a prefatory note insists that the work is written with no partisan motive. (ancestry.co.uk 26 June 2020) SR
