MADDEN, Bernard Joseph (fl 1824-43)
No biographical information has been located. He was a satirist and ardent supporter of the Irish repeal movement which sought legislative independence from Britain. O'Donoghue attributes to him another poem, Conservated Insanity (1834), but no copy or review has been located. SR
