MACKEY, James (fl 1819)
His title page identifies him as “once a student of Trinity College” and a James Mackey earned his BA from Trinity College Dublin in 1796. Many of the subscribers were from Limerick, Galway, and County Clare; the list shows Mackey to have been very well-connected. No other certain information has been located but he may have been the James Mackey who was baptised at St. Audeon's in Dublin on 14 Apr. 1766. If so his parents were Darbey and Elizabeth Mackey.
