KIMMENS, Hugh (fl 1800-1820)
The title-page of his first work, a prose discourse entitled The Latter Day Glory, identifies him as "an ambassador, or minister of the Gospel, at New-York." In a New York directory of 1820 he is described as a caulker. No further information has been found. (ancestry.com 17 July 2019) HJ
