HUTCHINSON, W. H. (fl 1818)
The only work attributed to this author anywhere is Poems by W. H. H., “a Gentleman of Greenwich” (1818); the attribution to Hutchinson was made by Halkett and Laing who are notoriously unreliable. Extant copies recorded are very few and library catalogues compound the (probable) error by further identifying the author as William Henry Hutchinson, 1910-90. No Hutchinson of Greenwich has been found for the appropriate dates.
