HEASELL, Anne (1783-1863: ancestry.co.uk)

She was the daughter of Thomas and his wife Elizabeth Poll and was born in Norwich on 4 Jan. 1783 and baptised in St. Simon and St. Jude church on 12 Jan.  She lived all her life in and around Norwich and never married. She was very engaged with church work and writings; her other publication is England’s Church and England’s Hopes, Scripturally Considered (1852). The 1851 census lists her as an annuitant living with a servant at 59 Turnpike Road in Marsham, Norfolk; by 1861 she was boarding at the home of a retired builder in Norwich.
