The name may well be a pseudonym. It appears to have been used only once: there is no other title listed as by this author and no person of the name appears in the genealogical sites. Nor is it clear what the abbreviation "P. A." might stand for. This allegory for children about the quest for happiness received short but approving reviews from the Monthly Review and the Poetical Register, neither of which however sheds any light on the issue of authorship.
