A mystery. There are no other publications by this author, nor have any public records for anyone with this name been located. It is possible that Dorfhal is an anglicised version of the German surname Doerfel but searches on that name and on other possible variant spellings also yield no results.  Perhaps the name is a pseudonym. SR
