CUMMINS, Edward (fl 1807)
His Miscellaneous Poetic Works (1808), which attracted a long list of subscribers, is dedicated to John Russell, Duke of Bedford and Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. The dedication is signed from Granby Row, Dublin, on 5 Mar. 1807 when Cummins was fourteen. Nothing more is known about Cummins and he seems not to have published anything else.
