COYLE, William H. (1810-79: ancestry.com)
Coyle was born and died in Washuington DC. Born on 12 Dec. 1810, the son of John and Catherine (Wood) Coyle, he attended Jefferson College in Canonsburg PA (1825-9) and then became a lawyer in Washington. He died unmarried on 7 May 1879 at 27, B Street East--the same block in which he had grown up. The cause of death is given as apoplexy following an illness of two years in which he suffered from paralysis. He was buried in the Congressional Cemetery on 9 May. (ancestry.com 18 Aug. 2025) HJ
