BUNCE, William (fl 1807)
Little is known for certain. Consecration was written for the opening of a chapel at Sundridge, Kent, on 12 June 1807. The chapel was consecrated by the Rev. Dr. Beilby Porteus, Lord Bishop of London. William Bunce may have been the son of William and Martha (Odiarne) Bunce who was baptised at St. Peter's church, Sandwich, Kent, on 31 Mar. 1752. If so he was apprenticed to an attorney in Dec. 1767 and subsequently practiced as an attorney in Westerham, Kent. (ancestry.co.uk 25 Aug. 2023, 23 July 2025) SR
