BICKLEY, Lloyd Wharton (1801-55: HOLLIS)

pseudonym Yusuf Ebn Gaiamaz

Bickley published two prose romances in Philadelphia in 1833 identifying himself on the title-page as "the author of Caremsil". He seems to have gone silent thereafter; the next record is of his death and burial, in an Episcopal churchyard, in Philadelphia in 1855. (WorldCat; ancestry.com 5 Oct. 2018) HJ
