Biography:
BALDWIN, Elizabeth, formerly ROBERTS (1764-1816: ancestry.co.uk)
The daughter of John Roberts and his wife Elizabeth Mundy, she was baptised in Holy Trinity church, Wolverton, Buckinghamshire, on 15 Aug. 1764. She married David Baldwin in the same church on 5 Feb. 1789; they had seven children but just three survived their mother. One of the poems in her collection is about a son, William, who died 6 Jan. 1812. She died 14 Apr. 1816 and was buried on 16 Apr. 1816 at Holy Trinity church in Wolverton.
